A partner training platform for the live classes, not just the content library.
Partner and channel training at volume is an operations problem: each partner has its own cohorts and certification requirements, classes get added when a partner signs, and every facilitator has to be certified for the content they teach. TryTami runs that operation and gives each partner its own portal.
What is a partner training platform?
A partner training platform trains an organization's channel partners, resellers, agents, distributors or franchisees. Most platforms in the category are LMSs for self-paced partner content. For partner training that is delivered live, in classrooms or virtually, by certified facilitators, the platform also has to schedule the classes, staff them, give each partner a portal for its own schedule and records, record attendance and certification, and track cost per partner. TryTami is that platform, and it sits next to the LMS that holds the content.
The same operation serves customers, partners and seasonal workforces. What changes is who owns the cohort and who pays, which is why every class in TryTami is tied to a client or partner account and a cost center.
| Partner LMS | TryTami | |
|---|---|---|
| Built for | Self-paced partner content and certifications | Live, facilitator-led partner classes at volume |
| Per partner | A learner group | An account with its own portal, schedule, registrations and records |
| Facilitators | Not managed | Certified facilitators matched, confirmed and scheduled per class |
| New partner signs | Add learners | Cohort planned, classes staffed, portal live |
| Cost | Per learner, usually | Flat plan by sessions delivered, cost per partner and cost center |
What TryTami runs
Each partner is an account. Each class is staffed, confirmed and costed.
Partner portals
Every partner, reseller or franchisee sees its own schedule, registrations, attendance and records in a client portal.
Certified facilitators
Facilitator profiles carry product, partner or carrier certifications. Matching only proposes facilitators certified for the class.
Cohorts and registrations
Registration pages with capacity, waitlists and reminders per cohort; public open enrollment is included.
Attendance and certification
Attendance and results recorded on the delivered class feed each learner's certification record and its expiry.
Cost per partner
Classes tied to a partner account and a cost center, with facilitator cost on the session, so cost per partner is visible.
Proposals for paid partner programs
Where partners pay for training, a proposal becomes the schedule and billing is tracked against delivered sessions.

How do you run partner certification training at scale?
Separate the content from the operation. The LMS holds the modules and the exam. The training management system runs the live classes: a cohort per partner, facilitators matched on the certification the class requires, confirmations and calendar invites automated, attendance recorded on the session, and the certification record with its expiry created from it. When a partner adds a cohort, the operation repeats without a new spreadsheet.
Frequently asked questions
What is the best partner training software?
For partner training that is mostly self-paced content and certification exams, a partner LMS such as Skilljar, Thought Industries or Docebo. For partner training delivered as live classes by certified facilitators, with a cohort and portal per partner and cost tracked per partner, TryTami. Organizations that do both run the two side by side, with TryTami as the system of record for the live classes.
What is training partner software?
Software that manages the relationship with the organizations you train or that train for you: partner accounts with contacts, their schedule and registrations, a portal for their records, and, where training is paid, proposals and billing. In TryTami each partner is an account with a portal, every class is tied to it and a cost center, and the facilitators who deliver its classes are matched on the certification that partner requires.
Is TryTami a partner LMS?
No. TryTami runs the live, facilitator-led side of partner training and sits next to the LMS that delivers self-paced partner content. If your partner program is entirely self-paced, you need an LMS, not TryTami.
Can each partner have its own portal?
Yes. Every partner, reseller or franchise account has a client portal with its own schedule, registrations and records.
Can we charge partners for training?
Yes. Paid partner programs start as a proposal, become a schedule, and billing is tracked against delivered sessions. Free programs are tracked by cost center instead.
How do facilitators get certified for partner content?
Certifications are recorded on the facilitator profile, with their date and expiry, and matching only proposes facilitators certified for the class. Facilitator certification classes are scheduled and tracked like any other session.
Does it integrate with our HR or CRM systems?
Classes sync with Workday, calendar sync with Google and Outlook is on every plan, and API access is included. Tell us what you run on the demo.
How is it priced?
Flat by plan, tiered by sessions delivered per year, with no per-seat, per-learner or per-facilitator fees. Partner learners and partner portal users are unlimited. Pricing starts at $36,000 a year ($3,000 a month) for up to 300 classes a year and is published on the pricing page.
