What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card, ACH transfer, and invoice. Enterprise customers can be billed by invoice on annual terms.
Is there a contract minimum?
Starter and Pro can be billed monthly with no commitment, or annually for a 10% discount. Enterprise plans require an annual commitment.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime and won't renew. Annual plans can be cancelled at renewal.
What happens if I exceed my trainer or session limit?
We don't block your team. We'll flag that you're over your tier limits and reach out to discuss upgrading when it makes sense.
