There are no per-seat fees and users are unlimited. We quote your plan on a demo call, once we understand your session volume and delivery model; annual prepay saves 10%.
Why isn't pricing listed on this page?
Because a list price would be wrong for most training operations. What you pay depends on which plan's features you need and the scale you run at, not on headcount. A 30-minute demo is enough for us to map your workflow to a plan and give you a firm number, and you'll leave the call with a quote whether or not you move forward.
What's the difference between the Starter, Pro, and Enterprise plans?
Starter is purpose-built scheduling for training operations managers. Pro adds the full operations layer — registrations, evaluations, learning paths, multi-location logistics — for teams running real volume. Enterprise adds billing, invoicing, margin reconciliation, public open enrollment, and governance (SSO, RBAC, API, audit logs).

Can I start with Starter and upgrade later?
Yes. The plans are cumulative and you can move up as you grow. Upgrades take effect on your next billing cycle and your data carries over — nothing to re-implement.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card, ACH transfer, and invoice. Enterprise customers can be billed by invoice on annual terms.
Can you migrate data from our current TMS?
Yes. As part of onboarding we import your course catalog, instructors, clients, and schedule from your current system.
