Before TryTami, our founder Kelby Zorgdrager built and sold DevelopIntelligence, a hands-on technical training company that became a Fortune 500 go-to partner before its acquisition by Pluralsight, where Kelby went on to run the instructor-led training division. Dave Murphy, part of the DevelopIntelligence team through the acquisition, joined as Co-Founder to lead revenue and go-to-market for TryTami.

We didn't theorize the chaos of running ILT. We lived it for over a decade. Every spreadsheet workaround. Every double-booked instructor. Every late invoice. Every quarter that we hired another coordinator just to keep the schedule from falling apart.

When we sat down to build TryTami, the brief was simple: build the platform we wished we'd had. The one that would've simplified the operations behind every program so the business ran more efficiently and margin actually stuck.

That's what TryTami is. It's not a generic L&D tool retrofitted for ILT. It's a TMS designed by training company operators for training company operators.
