Multi-course programs and certification tracks: end-to-end.

Most training tools handle one session at a time. TryTami's learning paths handle the multi-week, multi-session programs that actually move learners through real capabilities.

What's a learning path in TryTami?

A learning path is a multi-course program, a sequence of sessions delivered to the same cohort over time, with prerequisites, completion requirements, and structured outcomes. Examples: a 12-week leadership program, a 6-week technical certification, a multi-session onboarding cohort.

What separates learning paths from individual sessions is structure: prerequisites between courses, fixed cohort participation, completion thresholds, and end-of-program credentialing. Manual coordination of paths is brutal; software is what makes them feasible.

What learning paths do

From program design to completion, in one tool.

Multi-course program builder

Sequence courses into a path. Define prerequisites, optional electives, and completion requirements.

Cohort-based delivery

Run the same path with multiple cohorts simultaneously. Each cohort is its own tracked entity with progression and metrics.

Prerequisite enforcement

Learners can't enroll in advanced courses without completing foundations. Logic built in.

Per-cohort progress tracking

See which cohort is on track, which is behind, and which needs intervention, across multiple paths in flight.

Certification + credentials

Issue certificates on path completion. Track expiry and renewal for compliance certifications.

Per-path reporting

Roll up revenue, attendance, evaluation scores, and outcomes per path, to see what's working at the program level.

Catalog

Build paths once. Run them across cohorts forever.

A path is just a structured sequence of courses from your catalog. Build it once; reuse for every cohort that takes it.

Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between a learning path and a program?

Most teams use the terms interchangeably. In TryTami, a learning path is the structural definition; a program is a path being delivered to a specific cohort.

Can paths mix ILT and self-paced?

Yes. A path can include live instructor-led sessions, virtual sessions, and links to self-paced content from your existing LMS.

Do paths support certification programs?

Yes. Path completion can trigger certificate issuance, with expiry and renewal tracking for compliance use cases.

Can I run multiple cohorts of the same path simultaneously?

Yes. Each cohort is tracked independently, progression, evaluation scores, completion, but inherits the same path structure.

People also ask

What's the difference between training programs and courses?

A course is a single training event. A program (or learning path) is a structured sequence of courses delivered to a cohort.
