Training compliance software that makes the audit a report, not a reconstruction.
Mandatory training delivered live has to be scheduled, staffed by a qualified instructor, attended, recorded and renewed before it lapses. TryTami records each of those on the session as it happens, so the compliance record exists the day after the class and the renewal is already on the calendar.
What is training compliance software?
Training compliance software tracks mandatory training against the requirement that drives it: who must complete what, by when, who has, who is due and who has lapsed, with evidence an auditor will accept. Most tools in the category manage self-paced compliance modules. For mandatory training delivered in live classes, the software also has to schedule the class, confirm a qualified instructor, record attendance and results on the session and schedule the renewal. TryTami does the live side and sits next to the LMS that holds the modules.
The compliance record is only as good as the data it is built from. When attendance and results are recorded on the delivered session, the record carries who, what, when, by whom, the result and the expiry without anyone typing it in afterwards. When they are typed in afterwards, the audit becomes a reconstruction.

What TryTami records
Who, what, when, by whom, result, expiry.
Requirement and renewal cycle
Each mandatory course carries its validity period; completion sets the expiry and the renewal session is scheduled before it.
Qualified instructors only
Instructor profiles carry the certifications a course requires, and matching proposes only qualified, available instructors.
Attendance and results on the session
Attendance, pass or fail and evaluation results recorded on the class create the compliance record without re-keying.
Per-person and per-client records
Each learner's record of mandatory training, and each client's or site's view of who is current, due or lapsed, in the portals.
Exports an auditor accepts
Records exported per person, client, site or period, with instructor, date and result.

Bring one mandatory course and its renewal cycle. We will schedule it, match a qualified instructor, record a class and export the record.
How do training providers prove compliance training was delivered?
Keep the evidence on the session: the roster, attendance, result, the instructor and their qualification, the date and the certificate issued. Then export per learner or per client. TryTami creates that record from the delivered class and keeps instructor certifications on the profile, so the export shows both that the learner was trained and that the instructor was qualified to deliver it. Providers serving regulated clients give each client a portal with its own current, due and lapsed view.
Frequently asked questions
Is training compliance software the same as compliance training software?
They overlap. Compliance training software runs the mandatory programs; training compliance software is the record-keeping and renewal side. TryTami does both for live training: scheduling and staffing the classes, and creating the record with its expiry from the delivered session.
Which regulations does TryTami support?
TryTami records the evidence (who, what, when, by whom, result, expiry) and exports it. The specific requirement, validity period and format come from your regulator or client, and are set per course. For self-paced regulatory modules, keep your LMS; TryTami runs the live classes next to it.
Does it track instructor qualifications for compliance?
Yes. Instructor and facilitator profiles carry the certifications a course requires, with dates and expiry, and matching only proposes qualified instructors. The exported record names the instructor.
Can clients see their own compliance status?
Yes. Each client or site has a portal with its schedule, registrations and records, including who is current, due or lapsed on mandatory courses.
What is the best training compliance software?
For mandatory training delivered in live classes, a training management system such as TryTami, because the record comes from the delivered session and instructor qualifications sit in the same place. For self-paced compliance modules, a compliance LMS such as Docebo, Absorb or TalentLMS. For recording certifications earned elsewhere, a tracker such as VAIRKKO or Kaizen Training Manager.
How is it priced?
Flat by plan, tiered by sessions delivered per year, with no per-seat, per-learner or per-instructor fees. Pricing starts at $36,000 a year ($3,000 a month) for up to 300 classes a year and is published on the pricing page.
