Safety training management software for the classes you actually deliver.
OSHA 10 and 30, forklift and equipment certifications, confined space, first aid and site inductions are live classes with certified instructors, dated certifications and an audit at the end. TryTami schedules the classes, matches certified instructors, records attendance and creates the certification record with its expiry, per site and per client.
What is safety training management software?
Safety training management software schedules and records instructor-led safety training: which classes run where and when, which certified instructor delivers them, who attended, what certification each person earned and when it expires. Self-paced safety content platforms deliver modules; a training management system like TryTami runs the live classes and the records that auditors ask for.
The operation is shared by safety training providers delivering on client sites, employers with their own instructors, and training centers running public safety courses. In every case the slow steps are finding an instructor certified for the course and available at the site, and keeping expiry dates current enough to schedule renewals before they lapse.

What TryTami runs
Classes, instructors, records and renewals.
Class scheduling by site
Sessions carry site, room or location, modality and capacity, with conflict detection across instructors and locations.
Certified instructor matching
Instructor profiles carry the course certifications they hold (OSHA outreach trainer, equipment, first aid). Matching only proposes certified, available instructors.
Attendance and results
Attendance and pass or fail recorded on the session, so the certification record is created by the class.
Expiry and renewals
Every certification carries its expiry; renewal classes are scheduled and learners registered before the lapse.
Client and site portals
Each client or site sees its schedule, who is certified, who is due and the exports an auditor wants.
Cost per site
Each class tied to a client or site and a cost center, with instructor cost on the session.

Bring your course list, instructor certifications and sites. We will run the matching and show the certification record.
How do safety training providers keep certification records audit-ready?
Create the record from the class rather than after it. When attendance and the result are recorded on the delivered session, the record already has who, what, when, by whom and the expiry, and the export per person or per client is a report rather than a reconstruction. Keep instructor certifications on the instructor profile so the record also shows the instructor was qualified to deliver it.
Frequently asked questions
Does TryTami deliver OSHA or other safety content?
No. TryTami runs the live classes and their records. Self-paced safety modules stay in your content platform and TryTami sits next to it.
Can it handle equipment and site-specific certifications?
Yes. Certifications are recorded per person with the course, date, instructor and expiry, and instructor profiles carry the certifications needed to deliver each course.
Can we run public safety courses and on-site client classes in the same system?
Yes. Registration pages with capacity and waitlists cover public courses, with public open enrollment is included; client accounts and portals cover on-site delivery.
How are renewals handled?
Expiry sits on the certification record. The renewal class is scheduled like any other session and learners are registered against it, so the warning and the fix are in one place.
Does it work for employers with in-house safety instructors?
Yes. The same operation runs with internal instructors, contract instructors or both. There are no per-instructor fees.
How is it priced?
Flat by plan, tiered by sessions delivered per year, with no per-seat or per-instructor fees. Pricing starts at $36,000 a year ($3,000 a month) for up to 300 classes a year and is published on the pricing page.
